Tinto Brass to direct 3-D porn

by on January 29, 2010

According to the Hollywood Reporter Tinto Brass, the infamous Italian director of the Gore Vidal penned, Bob Guccione funded Caligula (1979) is going to try and cash in on the newest money-making craze; 3-D. He calls it “the world’s first-ever 3D pornographic production” and it’s also the first 3-D movie ever to be produced in Italy. Tinto went on to say that he will “revisit an abandoned project about a Roman emperor that was ruined by Americans, and go from there”, obviously speaking of the aforementioned Caligula that was embroiled in controversy after Guccione (the “American” in question) added hardcore sex scenes to the movie in post-production unbeknownst to Brass. Casting and work on the script will begin immediately, and he plans to start filming in May or June of this year. Mmmmmm… 3-D bOObs…
